After the event you can fill in an online survey which will give you the chance to win prizes.
We will be setting up the site from 9am but you are requested not to arive before 09:30 to give us time to sort the general signage and set up.
The site is easy to find as Sherfield School is situated on the A33 between Reading and Basingstoke.
You will see the banner shown above at the entry point along with an ‘A’ board and Festival Flags as shown in this picture of our main Orchestra on tour last weekend.
There will be tables sufficient to create a 6 foot table length and chairs for each stall. You may add your own tables or displays to make this larger at no extra charge. No need to bring a flask as we will bring you Free teas and coffees all day on your stall.
If you are hungry during the day, We will be BBQing burgers and cooking toasted sandwiches in the cafe.
There will be 2 areas used for stalls. An indoor area will be in a large gymnasium area which will also be used for concert performances, and an outside area where the informal performance area, cafe, BBQ, and games stalls will be located.
You can choose whether to be in or out on the day, but if you choose to be outside in the sun you may choose to bring an awning or sun umbrella for your stall.
