Final Info for stallholders 2017
Many thanks for booking a stall at our event on Sunday 9th July, we are really looking
forward to the day and hope you are too. We are just getting in touch to reconfirm
that you have a stall at this event and to give some details for the day.
The event will run from 11am until 5pm and is at Queen Mary’s College, Cliddesden
Road, Basingstoke, RG21 3HF. Due to our new location at QMC, you will be able to
have entry from 10am to set up. Unfortunately, you will be unable to have access
before this as we need to get our larger instruments in to the hall, and out of your
way, before you come in to set up. On arrival, please report to Kirsty Sagar who will
show you to your allocated table space.
We will provide a table length of 6 feet to display your crafts, unless you have stated
that you are bringing your own, and you may extend your space to 10ft with your own
tables. You will need to book 2 stalls if you require more room than this.
Due to the nature and layout of the venue we cannot guarantee wall space or electricity points so please have a back up plan available should we be unable to accommodate your
Indoor stalls will be spaced around the side hall, entrance foyer and some will be at
the back of the performance area in the hall. If the weather is kind to us, music from
the performance area will also be amplified to the outdoor area. If you would like an
outside stall whatever the weather, it would be most helpful if you would let us
know in advance as table space is being pre-allocated in order to help the set up run

If you wish to have a stall outside instead you are recommended to bring and erect a
tent or gazebo. This must be weighted down to ensure it doesn’t come loose.
You are entitled to free tea and coffee throughout the day and, if we have enough
helpers, these will be brought round to you otherwise please feel free to visit the
refreshment stand where there will also be hot food available for you to purchase.
Footfall is guaranteed as hundreds of children perform during the event and their
families come to support them. We have each ensemble performing twice during the
event to ensure that there is time for everyone to visit the stalls between
We hope you will find the day both lucrative and enjoyable and we look forward to
seeing you there.
If you should have any queries before the event do please email us.
